By submitting payment for services, you the customer ("Customer") acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1. Authorization to Perform Services

Customer authorizes Serviced.Today LLC ("Company") and its technicians to access the Customer's vehicle and property to perform the requested services, which may include but are not limited to:

Oil and filter change
Fluid top-off
Visual inspection of accessible components
[Other basic services, if applicable]

2. Consent to Access Vehicle & Property

Customer grants Company permission to enter the location where the vehicle is parked and to operate or move the vehicle as reasonably necessary to complete services.

3. Payment = Agreement

By paying for services online or in person, Customer agrees to this Service Agreement and Work Authorization.
Payment confirms your acceptance of the complete Service Agreement and Work Authorization.
Payment confirms that the Customer understands and accepts the scope of work, liability limits, and warranty terms below.

4. Liability & Disclaimer

Company performs services in a workmanlike manner, but is not responsible for pre-existing mechanical issues, hidden defects, or damages unrelated to the service provided.
Customer is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is parked in a safe and legal location for the duration of service.
Company is not liable for incidental damage caused by unsafe conditions on the property (e.g., steep driveways, uneven surfaces).

5. Limited Warranty

Services are warranted for [30 days or 1,000 miles, whichever comes first] against defects in workmanship.
Warranty does not cover failures of parts not supplied by the Company or any unrelated mechanical issues.

6. Indemnification

Customer agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Company and its technicians against any claims or damages arising from services performed, except in cases of gross negligence.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
